Are you still fulfilling online orders?
Absolutely! We're fully online, so we're open 24/7.
When can I expect to receive my package - are there delays?
We are working with our dstributors to ensure you get it as quickly as possible! Our current processing time is 1-2 days, with shipping being an additional 1-3 business days based on location.
We ship worldwide too! Please allow 1-2 days for processing, and 10-15 business days for shipping.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled from our home base in sunny California, and shipped out of our distributor's warehouse in Nevada, USA!
I can't track my package.

We strive to be cruelty-free. Our products are all responsibly sourced from ethical distributors, and we only work with vendors who uphold our same standards (all vetted by us!) If you have any specific questions or concerns, we can help at email@example.com
Returns + Exchanges
How do I place a return or exhange?
We're sorry you didn't like your order. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of the rest.
What's your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 15 days of receiving the order.
Product must be unused, with tags remaining. We reserve the right to refuse a return.
Order numbers must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded to your original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Any used products cannot be returned.
How long does it take to process a return?
Debit/Credit card refunds take 5-14 business days to appear on your statement.
What if I received the wrong product?
Oh no! We're sorry about that. Please contact us via returns@ecohomeshop and we'll get it sorted!
Can I update my order?
Please email us at info@ecohomeshop as soon as possible if you'd like to update your order. Our fulfillment center processes quickly, but we'll do our best to accomodate.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
Unforunately, we only allow one promo code per order.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel orders up to 60 minutes after order through your confirmation email. If it's been longer than 60 minutes, email email@example.com and we'll do our best to help!
I accidentally cancelled my order, can I undo that?
The easiest method is to create another order. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions!
I'm not sure if my order cancelled - how do I check?
You will receive an email if your order was successfully cancelled. If you haven't receive an email, let us know via email@example.com and we can look into it!
I don't see an option to cancel - how do I cancel my order?
If you don't see the option to cancel, it is likely that the allotted time to self-cancel your order has passed. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to help.
